Organic Green Beans


This is our yellow french beans, we got the seeds from England. Tha taste is sweeter than the green ones. We had a good harvest this year.

Slug (Eating your organic Vegetable)


I found a slug... actually its all over the farm, it hides under the shades or cover and goes out at night to eat the plants...


Tips:
Try to lift and clear up containers or covers once in a while so that the slug dont have place to hide.

Organic Bitter Marrow


BitterMarrow... small round one and color green. We plant another
type which is white color.... The taste is stronger than the green ones...

Organic Cucumber


Cucumber..... we planted the one with a little bit of spikes. Good for
veg. salad or just by itself. We had a great harvest this year.

Organic Green Beans


Sherman is harvesting green beans. We usually eat our produce but
if it's a lot, we sell it to our friends.

Good day to all, just want to let you know that we have an Organic farm here in Peng Chau HongKong. We have different crops every season, like this summer we planted Eggplant, Different kinds of Beans, Hairy Gourd, Bitter Marrow, Chilis, Kangkong(Water Spinach), Cucumber, Patola (Silky Gourd). Organic Cherry Tomato (Inside the net)


Our Cherry Tomatoes(winter plant) inside the net. We tried different ways to plant it. Start to plant around October and you can harvest around mid of January and produces crop til march.

Tips:
Much better if you plant
it outside, so that butterflies can help them to
grow. Without butterflies it wont give much
produce.

Tips:
Try to cut some branches so that you can harvest better. Harvest while still orangy or else the birds will harvest it first before you.loool

Organic Carrots


Carrots...



Tips:
You have to have loose, soft and well-drained soil. Make sure that your soil has no stones or your carrot roots will fork

Organic Beetroot


Beetroot, another winter plant. Good for salad, The leaves are good for soup. It takes around 120 days to harvest.




Tips:
Don't water it too much, or esle you'll get cracked or soft harvest. Needs sunshine.
